Do I need to pre-purchase products?
No, you don't need to pre-purchase any products! Your campaign participants will order directly from our catalog. This makes the process simple and straightforward.
What if my campaign generated less than $100?
If your campaign generated less than $100, don't worry! Although no profit will be attributed to the campaign, any ordered products will still be shipped to the participants as applicable. The good news is that 98% of active campaigns with more than one participant exceed the $100 threshold and qualify for a respective profit tier. Keep engaging your participants, and you're likely to reach that first profit tier next time!
What should I do if my products delivered damaged or broken?
We work with our shipping providers to ensure the best delivery service. However, If you receive damaged or broken products, please take clear images of the items and notify Brightraiser within five calendar days from the delivery date. We'll review the issue and arrange for replacements or other resolutions as necessary.
What is the campaign submission deadline?
The campaign completion deadline is crucial because Brightraiser will only start fulfilling participant orders after you, the Campaign Organizer, complete the campaign in the dashboard. Once your campaign is marked as completed and orders are being fulfilled, you cannot make any modifications or cancellations. Make sure all orders are entered accurately before finalizing your campaign to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved.
